Grown on the banks of the river Serein, our 100% Chardonnay Chablis benefits from clay and limestone soils and plenty of sunshine. Precise vinification in stainless steel vats and ageing on fine lees give it nuances of acacia flower, with a palate that balances between honeyed sweetness and fine acidity, reminiscent of lemon zest and beeswax. This Chablis, appreciated for its liveliness and elegance, is a symbol of finesse.

Grown on the organic clay-limestone slopes of Chaintré, our Pouilly-Fuissé Chardonnay is distinguished by its elegance and refinement. Thanks to careful vinification, including pneumatic pressing, meticulous settling and temperature-controlled fermentation, followed by ageing on fine lees, this wine develops subtle aromas of candied citrus and stone fruit. Recognised as the King of Mâconnais, our Pouilly-Fuissé offers a smoothness and lemony expressiveness that bear witness to the excellence of its soil.

Matured on granite soils enriched by the “rotted rocks” of Morgon, our Gamay reveals all the intensity of its terroir. Thanks to semi-carbonic vinification and resting in stainless steel tanks, it releases deep aromas of undergrowth and black fruit, dominated by blackberry. This Morgon AOP perfectly combines elegance and boldness, with a liveliness reminiscent of redcurrants and velvety tannins. Thanks to traditional fermentation and carefully orchestrated aging in oak barrels, it reveals a complex bouquet of black cherry, violet and light spicy notes. On the palate, this AOP Maranges seduces with its harmonious balance, supple tannins and lingering finish of mineral freshness.

Vinified using traditional methods and aged in oak barrels, this AOP Mercurey boasts a complex, seductive nose, dominated by aromas of blackcurrant, morello cherry and violet, enhanced by a touch of licorice and subtle wood. Our Pouilly-Fuissé 1er Cru “Aux Quarts” is distinguished by its prestigious origin, in the heart of centuries-old vineyards sheltered by the Roche de Solutré. This meticulously matured Chardonnay expresses captivating aromas of acacia flowers and pineapple, enhanced by a refreshing liveliness and a touch of salt. A perfect harmony of pronounced minerality and velvety softness, highlighting the splendour of its Jurassic terroir.

Nestling at the foot of the Trois Croix mountain, our Pinot Noir Maranges 1er Cru “La Fussière ” has its roots in marl-limestone soils enriched with various sediments. After manual harvesting and prolonged maceration, followed by a year’s ageing in French casks, this wine reveals a bouquet of floral notes and a strong tannic structure, balanced by a lively freshness.
